- The cytoplasmic and nuclear localization of ZmSnRK2.1 to ZmSnRK2.11 (except ZmSnRK2.9) proteins in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves have been reported.
- The kinase activities of ZmSnRK2.8 and ZmSnRK2.10, but not ZmSnRK2.3 and ZmSnRK2.11, were induced after ABA treatment (Fig. 5). These results indicated that both ZmSnRK2.8 and ZmSnRK2.10 are activated by ABA and are involved in the regulation of ABA-responsive genes expression.
