- DELLA1 is a key integrator of hormonal signaling, acting either directly or synergistically with other transcriptional regulators to inhibit cell expansion and proliferation.
- VvMADS39 could only bind the promoter of VvINO but not of DELLA1 or CYP78A5; thus, we hypothesized that the function of the VvAG–VvMADS39 dimmer in seed coat development requires the activation and maintenance of VvINO expression.
