  • TaRLK-6A overexpression significantly enhanced wheat resistance to FCR.
  • Yeast-two-hybrid, bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC), and pull-down assays indicated that TaRLK-6A indeed interacted with TaSERK1-2D both in vitro and in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves.
