- CAROTENOID ISOMERASE-1B (TaCRTISO-1B) modulates PH and SN through gene dosage effects, based on an analysis of single, double, and triple knockout mutants.
- TaCRTISO affects carotenoid biosynthesis, photosynthesis, responses to high light, and ROS to regulate growth and development. Most of the known carotenoid- and strigolactone (SL)-responsive genes were among the DEGs, suggesting that TaCRTISO-1B modulates PH and tiller development through SL biosynthesis and the SL signaling pathway.
