- Previous studies have reported that total extraction from TaSnRK1α−1A could not directly phosphorylate substrates in vitro, but TaGRIK1 (TraesCS4D02G045900, Serine/threonine‐protein kinase) kinase was able to activate the activity of TaSnRK1α to exercise kinase function.
