- In this study, GH3.6 (Csa3G088930) was highly up-regulated at the green-yellow bud stage, suggesting that the IAA level was high, and miRNA_411 regulated GH3.6 by IAA conjugation to control the auxin homoeostasis during corolla development in the cucumber super ovaries.
- In addition, the expression patterns of miRNA_104, miRNA_157, miRNA_349, miRNA_242, and miRNA_98 were similar during corolla development, and they shared the same target gene, CsCuRX.
