  • To determine the regulatory relationship between CsHLS1 and CsSCL28, we examined CsHLS1 expression in the developing leaves of CR-CsSCL28 plants. In the CsSCL28-knockout line, CsHLS1 expression was not altered.
  • CsHLS1 is speculated to affect the cell cycle by interacting with CsSCL28, thereby regulating cucumber LPA and leaf size.
