Germplasm Phenotype:
- SALK_130690 — On growth medium and under salt stress, the mutant had delayed germination, smaller seedling size, shorter primary roots and fewer lateral roots. When grown in soil for 3 weeks then subjected to salt stress for 2-3 weeks, the mutant turned yellow and eventually died. Under water deficit, the mutant flowered later than WT. Mutant seedling growth was inhibited with ABA treatment.
