Germplasm Phenotype:
- bcat3-1/bcat4-2/bcat6-1 — Smaller rosettes and inflorescences in comparison to wild type. In addition, there were dent-like cavities and chlorotic areas in the leaves. Moderately increased levels of Ala, Arg, His, Ile, Phe, Pro Thr, Trp and Tyr, and Leu. Extraordinary enhanced accumulation of Met. Significant decrease in levels of Met-derived glucosinolates and increase in Leu-derived glucosinolates.
